CLIENT SERVICE & ITINERARY PLANNING AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Scope of Services This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Nefertiti Sands ("Planner") and the undersigned client ("Client"). Planner agrees to provide professional itinerary design, personal consulting, local coordination expertise, and private companion guiding services led on the ground in Egypt.

2. Independent Planning & Third-Party Vendor Disclaimer

  • Non-Agency Status: Nefertiti Sands operates exclusively as a private itinerary planning, consulting, and personal guiding service. Planner is not a licensed commercial travel agency, wholesale tour operator, or common carrier.

  • Third-Party Bookings: All third-party travel elements—including accommodations, transportation, rail tickets, cruises, yacht charters, and excursions—are secured either directly by the Client or independently through vetted third-party vendors.

  • Limitation of Liability: Planner acts solely in an advisory and personal assistant capacity and assumes no direct financial or operational liability for the performance, delays, changes, cancellations, or services rendered by third-party travel suppliers.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Modifications

  • Service Fees: Client agrees to pay Planner the agreed-upon planning and consulting fees, alongside distance-based logistical coordination rates starting from a base rate of $1,540 per person for capital itineraries and scaling according to destination distance and selected VIP enhancements.

  • Direct Vendor Settlements: Where applicable, third-party reservation costs are settled directly with independent providers or reimbursed transparently as part of the customized planning arrangement.

4. Client Acknowledgment By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement, including the independent vendor and planning assistant limitations.
